This is the best customer service of any Dunkin I've been to, and I've been to many. Even though sometimes lines are long, it goes fast because staff is so good. Not only do they keep it moving, they are so friendly, polite, and helpful in every way. They aren't perfect and have made a couple of mistakes, but I just look over it since overall it is such a pleasure doing business here.

They always get my coffee order wrong. People know the difference between 1 cream used versus 4 or 5.

Service was courteous and food was good. Reasonably priced food and drink items. I am lactose intolerant and have nut allergies. They do provide oat milk for their hot or cold drinks items.

the staff is customer service friendly. The Owner females choose who she has good customer service towards. I watched her serve the ppl before me with patience and after me. I just felt like I was not welcome. no other coffee spots in this area, & I will not go back.
