My order was correct so that’s a positive but DUNKIN cmon. Your people are tired exhausted irritable. Clearly they don’t enjoy what they do or not compensated enough to deal with what they have to deal with. I just want the team members to know that it’s okay to not be okay. Even at almost breaking point they still pulled it together for the next person.

Most of the time my order is incorrectly made. I will be asked if I want whipped cream and even be charged for it, but I will receive no topping. If I ask for the same drink Everytime I come in, it will always taste different, as if only some of the employees know how to actually make the drinks. Speaking of the employees, they're the reason this location was shut down for a brief period of time. They wear no masks, no gloves, and they openly cough and spread germs when serving.

It would be nice if the workers at least wore masks (mask/glove combo would be better) while preparing people's food and drink items. Whether they believe COVID is a haux or not, doesn't mean the customers believe the same. Whenever I enter the ladies are normally deep in gossip to really recognize someone coming in and picking up an order; basically anyone can take a pick up order & and leave. If they do see you, it's likely you won't get a hello, hi, good [whatever time of day]. Being busy doesn't excuse customer service...I only go to this location in a pinch ie if my fav location is down or I'm in a hurry and can't make it to a different location (normally waiting for car repairs). This location gives dirty vibes especially with the nose picking/open mouth coughing customers. The curbside parking is rather awkwardly placed in front of the door, horizontally. In my 20 yrs in living in this area I've only visited this location approx 4 times.

Although the staff was kind, I didn not enjoy my croissant being burnt. We were coming from my daughters doctors appt and live in Cockeysville so I'm not going back. Come on......why would you serve this?
