Service was excellent. Dispatch was helpful and friendly. Worked with me to make a last minute change. If you plan to wait with your vehicle for their service, plan for a long wait. I have used them in the past and their arrival time is always longer than they say. This time I was able to make arrangements so that I didn't have to wait with my car which was good because it took them 4 hours to arrive to tow my car. Knowing ahead of time to make arrangements for myself made it a better experience with them.

My car would not start and needed to be towed 11miles to my mechanics shop. I was assured that all I needed to do was leave my car key in the car and the tow truck driver would handle the rest. The next day I discovered that not only was my car delivered to my mechanic as requested but it was secured and the key put in the overnight drop box with all of my info filled out correctly on the drop box envelope by the driver. It’s the little things that matter and this company definitely has the customer in mind when towing vehicles. A+++

This was my second time having to get my car towed, and Priority Towing was who my insurance company sent both times. I couldn't have ask for better service! They kept me informed, shows up when expected and the crewmen were absolutely SPECTACULAR. Professional, congenial, and never once acted like I was an imposition (unlike a previous experience with another company.). I'd recommend them 200%! Expected wait time was about an hour. They showed up in 40 minutes. Gentleman was amazing. He gave me time to grab everything I needed from the car. Confirmed the location of the auto shop, and got my car on its way. Scott on the phone was great as well. He was able to confirm my location and provided me the information I needed to pay online, and confirmed about the overage on miles. These guys get all 5 stars. They gave me the peace of mind I needed for an already stressful morning.
