I don’t know this older lady working the drive thru in the mornings, but she keeps screwing up my orders and not putting in the right figures when totaling up the amount owed for food. I’ve gotten breakfast items off the dollar menus and she keeps ringing them up separately for like full price. Noticed that on the last 3 receipts within 2 weekends I’ve been there for breakfast around 7 AM. I never notice it until I leave because the amount never shows up on the screen as I’m ordering. I am told to “drive to the first window for my total” and I just give her my debit card without being told a total. Always shocking when I get the receipt. I don’t want to be a pest with others behind me in line, so I just leave vs. causing a scene. This has become really annoying, and I see it’s an ongoing issue. Same thing happened to a friend of mine the other day around 10 right before they were about to switch to a lunch menu. Can you please teach these people how to properly take an order and put the right amounts in the computer? Especially if there’s some promotion/special going on and the food is usually less money than advertised. I paid like 15 dollars for 2 hash browns, a 99 cent iced coffee and a sausage McGriddle. I know that’s not the right price because I’ve been to the Mount Airy location and it was literally less than 10 dollars

This McDonald's constantly has the stereotyped McDonald's problem of an out of order milkshake machine, food is usually wrong. Only reason I'd give this 2 stars is because the food tastes somewhat fresh, in a sense that it was just fried or thrown on a griddle. And on top of that, the Line usually takes way too long. I understand there's a staffing problem but you would think after a certain amount of time, they could make it work

I wish I could give less stars. One male worker is absolutely disrespectful, disgusting, rude, and accusing the people with me of “stealing food”. They proceeded to talk about us customers right in front of our faces over what we ordered and how someone “stole” the order. They yelled at us and have ruined everyone’s appetite. This restaurant has the slowest drive thru of any McDonald's I've been to and that's a total of 43 states. Fifteen minutes for a sandwich and chicken nuggets. No special order. It's anything but fast food. And not a one time thing, I live local and the service is always slow.

Taken serious from what i can tell. Following protocols laid out by cdc and state, along witb governors direction
I cannot say because I live about 90 minutes away and stop as a mid-journey resting spot for coffee about every 3 weeks. Call the store and look for the phone number on Google if you don't have it. Blessings! 😊
