I was not allowed to return my online order because it was going to hurt their sales on paper. Even though they had the capability to offer returns they didn’t want to take the hit. Their management should follow corporate policy and allow returns rather than directing us to other express stores. This particular store should care less about their numbers on paper and more about their customers.

I drove 30mins to reach this Express location just to make a return and IT IS CLOSED for renovations. I even Googled it before I came all this way and there was NO indication that it was closed down. I called the number just to see if they were at a different location in the mall and there is a message that says they are closed through August. But who calls a store in the mall BEFORE going to it!? There should be something online indicating this. I just wasted my time and gas. I'm adding a photo from the google search that shows that it is listed as being open. When I called Express customer service they said it is listed as closed.

This Express location is pretty standard. I feel that may be understaffed at some times and a lot of the clothes are unfolded and just laying around. Cant really ding them on that since this location is almost always busy. The sale/clearance section in the back has a huge selection. If you're looking for a quick deal hit that up first. Also check online for coupons.

Clothing is very expensive and doesn't hold up for the cost. Cuts usually run small and sales are either excellent or pointless. When there is a sale it will look like a pack of Tasmanian devils rolled through and you wouldn't even notice because the store seems to be trying to cultivate an aura of disarray. Employees can be friendly but I've almost always noticed an air of self imposed superiority because they work at Express
