Me and a friend of mine both came to this Wendy and experienced the worst customer service EVER. OSHA and the Health department needs to make a visit. Most disrespectful and rude employees. If could give negative 5 I would. Never Ever again

I have been literally sitting in this drive through for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. The guy keeps saying, " Wait a minute!"..the worst place on Earth. Then the manager started yelling at me telling me to Wait. Totally Disrespectful....DON'T COMEHERE..WEDNESDAY 6/30/22 11: 33PM

Terrible food option especially in the evenings. Orders are usually wrong and food old. Im done with spending my hard earned money on less than desirable food. No pride in what they serve and somehow thats ok.

This Wendys in particular is trash, AVOID AVOID AVOID Constantly soggy fries, that only taste like the old oil they were cooked in Random days of being closed with no signage, only some cones in the drive thru line I dunno where the other Wendys in columbia is, but take the hit and go there instead.
