This is the worst ER around this area. Our dog has bright red bloody stool, hasnt eaten or drinking all day, and when we first got there, we were told that the wait is around 3 to 4 hours. We waited for 4 hours at the lobby and a receptionist called us on the phone and told us that if we want to be seen we have to wait another 4 to 5 hours on top of the 4 hours that we already waited. We were just there in the lobby and they didn't even have the courtesy to come out to tell us in person. We ended up leaving and went to MedVet. Their service is horrible.

Saved my cat's life, I called 9 vets because our cat couldn't urinate. They cleared the decks and made sure the urine was taken out. Because they acted in time, he had no kidney damage. Yes, it was expensive. I should have had pet insurance. However, they did such a good job the bladder blockage has not reoccurred. Exceptionally professional.

Avoid this place at all cost even if you are desperate. They simply don't care about your pet and they just want to take your money. Money is one, the stress and coldness the front desk adds to your urgent situation is even worse. The front desk is extremely rude and unreasonable and gives us the impression of just a heatless being. I made an appointment for an urgent care and they asked for $45 deposit. At the time they say the deposit is refundable if we were not going. My boyfriend was 15 min late to the appointment because of traffic and they just canceled them and wanted to charge another $45 for another appointment. No one mentioned any late policy when we made the appointment, and we didn't receive any call before knowing they canceled the appointment. They woman argued that we did not ask whether there is a late penalty which makes me feel like they just want to get your money even more... They simply don't care and don't try to get your dogs seen. The woman claims our appointment is 30 min long and they had to cancel coz we are 15 min late. Why can't we take the remaining 15 min?15 min could even save a life in some life threatening cases. Even this is not a life or death situation, we would rather take the 15 min left for the appointment than let you rob us $45 straight....
