I walked into the store just to be told to go out again and come through drive through. It’s total nonsense that they won’t take the order if anyone walks into the store. Pathetic service. Plus had to repeat my order ten times at the drive through as lady over the intercom won’t understand the order. Absolutely not going there again. Pathetic experience.

I guess they’re out of pretty much everything to drink and every condiment too. Couple that with the fact that everyone that works there is rude, it’s a miracle this place hasn’t shut down yet. There are a lot more options as far as chicken goes around here, so I won’t be coming back.

So I went to KFC at the Columbia, Maryland location earlier and ordered a chicken sandwich. I live about 20 minutes out so you would expect to be able to go home and have a complete sandwich to eat right? Nope! As you'll see in the picture, as soon as I open the wrapper this is what I saw. A KFC employee obviously thought it was a good idea to take a bite off my sandwich and then serve that to me. I was furious because these workers had to nerve to sell me a bitten off sandwhich and that I had to drive 20 minutes back to this location. They gave me my money back after denying which one of them ate it (obviously one of them did). Better check your sandwiches when going to this location!

Beware. Had to wait 40 mins to pick up an online order. The store entry was locked. No one even bothered to check who was outside. Some of the employees were not wearing a mask. Once brought home, the chicken was not edible and purely disgusting. Also found hair in the bucket. Everything went to trash. Thinking that going back to the store and complaining would be a waste of more time and energy, contacted HQ via twitter and email for a refund. No response. Not sure how this chain became so horrible. See photos.

I believe their phone is broken right now. Im sure if you address the problem to one of the managers inside the restaurant they can help you out
