This is a fun, unique bubble tea experience. I love the glass jars, and the ice cream on the sip and slurp was DELICIOUS. The milk tea itself, though, was not as flavorful as I would have liked. Still highly recommended, but be sure to get the ice cream.

You order via tablet. Drinks were disappointing. Tried the ice cream in my boba drink, and it was difficult to consume, and the taste wasn’t great.

Its a self-serve boba bar. once you fill it up to your hearts content, you leave it for them to fill it up with your drink of choice and then they call your name from the tag
It's self serve so you can go crazy with the adds. They have a sign reminding people of what others have mentioned here, the more things you add, the less room you'll have for the actual tea.
You can even order through grubhub and avoid touching the screen
As far as I know, in my last visit around the last week of November, all the ordering was done through an ipad outside and no one is allowed inside yet.
We don't have a parking lot unfortunately but here's a few tips! -If you park on 3rd St, it's only $0.50 an hour compared to 2nd St's $4 an hour. -After 8 pm, Sundays, and Holidays, all street parking is free. -Yellow loading zones after 6 pm are also free and fair game! -After 5 pm, the lots on 2nd St (between San Pedro and Central) are only $4-5 all night!
Just one size. So worth it!! I go everytime I get the chance. U can choose between the glass jar and the plastic cup. Both 5 dollars. And if u bring the glass back u get 10% of the next order
