It took way too long to prepare my drink. They had one person working the register, one person floating around and doing I'm not really sure what, and only one person making drinks. And that person was chit-chatting with another staffer, who appeared off duty, instead of focusing on fulfilling orders. My drink, even though only one or two people were in front of me, took about ten minutes to make.

This is the BEST STARBUCKS location I have EVER been to. The staff in here, especially the morning weekday staff, are absolutely fabulous!!!! They make my morning every morning. They remember my name, my order and the little things I like and they always makes my drinks PERFECTLY. They are so friendly and coming here in the morning before work is the perfect start to my day!

I almost gave it 4 They often run out of key items even before lunch The chaos often works for how this place runs Right outside the silver spring metro and anyone and everyone can pop in at any time so it's hard to gauge when it's gonna be busy Nice seating options upstairs Nice outdoor seating too! A little light on outlets to plug in but otherwise a great place to work Seating-wise it deserves that 4th star
