This is the only location that tries to charge you $1.06 for a cup of ice. I came in yesterday and was told that they no longer give out free ice as of two weeks ago but if you purchase something you can get a cup of ice. Today I went again and purchased something and asked for a cup of ice on the side to which I was told it would be $1.06. I informed them that that’s not what was said the day prior but they still want to try to charge people a dollar for some ice. None of the other Dunkin’ Donuts in the area do this but this location. They are making up their own prices on items and making up their own rules. You can’t even purchase any donuts or food items after 8 PM, another made up rule. People need to stop going to this location so it can be closed down. Burtonsville is 4 minutes away and worth going to. Corporate will be called as well.

Great spot for a coffee and quick sandwich. The coffee is fresh and food tastes good. The workers have always been nice and helpful.

They constantly run out of drinks, ice cream etc. I've only seen teenagers or very young people working there and they have terrible attitudes. A lot of the staff do not speak English and give the wrong orders. Management is no better. I stopped going there because the atmosphere is very unpleasant and these people who work there should not be working there if they don't like what they're doing.

Bought a sandwich it was poorly made, waiting in the drive through was a pain and on top of that they gave me the wrong bagel! So I threw it away… Burtonsville one is so much better and better service
