I initially gave them a 5 star because they allowed me to place breakfast when I was 1 minute late. Have to bring it down to 2 star because they didn't make any eggs for my 3 sandwiches. Didn't say that would be the case when ordering and I paid full price for the workers to not give me eggs and 2 little peices of bacon. The manager did say they would take down my name to fix it.

I don't generally complain much, but today has overall been a rough day. It was around 8 o'clock at night, I walk in an order a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese. When I get home, there was no chicken on my sandwich at all. Now, I'm too respectful, I don't wanna go back and make a fuss about something that probably was a mistake, but I just want people to be aware. Many orders at the Lombard McDs have had missing parts, were wrongly made, or were overall not to standards. Hopefully, they're able to fix their issues and get back to produce better product.

Take it or leave it experience. Exactly what's expected of a McDonald's completely staffed by high school girls. Foods not bad but they are usually too busy socializing to actually get your order right/on time.

I took my girls to lunch today. This is how many fries they gave me. After I told the manager she said that’s actually how we fill them up. I’m sorry but there’s like 10 fries in there and you want someone to pay full price for that smh. All my other food was cold. I understand they are short staffed but come on people! Extremely rude and unhappy with the service so I’ll spend my money elsewhere next time
