Quiet, easy to find and easy to park. Only negative is that they had 2 bathrooms. One was out of order and the other permanently locked. Make sure you have your own facilities!

This is a really nice RV gem centrally located in a farming area just outside York, PA. Although they're gravel, the sites are level and spacious. Also, the facilites are very clean and modern. We will always stay here when in South Central PA. These people are family friendly and offer a quiet, peaceful RV base location for us to drive to many scenic attractions. We highly recommend Ben Franklin RV park!

I've been here almost a month and no complaints. Clean park with friendly owners and nice neighbors. Bath house and laundry facilities are nice and clean.

My favorite park in PA. Tom and Michelle are fantastic. It's an RV Park, not a campground. If not interested in pools, etc...a great choice. Have already scheduled our stop for 2022!

Yes, friendly pets on a leash. Unfortunately there is not a dog play area.

Hi Janie. We only rent the sites. Those who stay with us bring their own RVs, so we don't have anything for sale. You might want to check with Ryan Auto/RV. They have units for sale, I believe.
Yes, we are open through winter as well, but there is a limit on the length of stay for each reservation.
They said 3pm although check out is noon and most folks leave before that. We got in around 1pm, there was a map and paperwork ready for us at self check in, and we drove right to our site. That was October, not sure what it's like the rest of the year.
$35 per night. Sites have power & water, not all have waste hookups though.
Yes , 500 a month plus electric , some people said they were unhappy with it , our 180+ experience was great !! They are great people and easy to deal with !!
