Made a payment through these guys for my wifi last month and the bank employees somehow lost it. Then this month, only half of my payment went to Comcast and my cable was shut off without warning. Will be switching banks as this service is egregious.

I am non customer trying to cash a check written off a Wells Fargo account by Car Max, it’s for my brother-in-law who I am POA for, he also doesn’t have an bank accounts so they want me to open account to cash it even though it is being drawn from their own bank.

Two accounts with them and they constantly mess up our change order, then they're absolutely rude to us when we have to count after them and ask for correct change. It's only been a few months 😬 Hopefully we can switch soon. Confronting them is a nightmare.
