Can get very busy after a stocking but everyone seems to enjoy themselves. Guy that runs the Gate opens pretty reliable most days but can open later on holiday weekends and sometimes not at all. Some very impressive fish in this pond with a 6.5 lb 27β brood stock lake trout being my personal best here. Downside: houses are close by, lots of barking dogs when I go early in the morning and they lock the gate in evening which means the catfish just keep getting bigger π

So peaceful, some fish then some like me just love to walk around the pond to exercise and enjoy the scenery, ducks and geese.

Best ADA accessible area. The park personnel keep the place tidy. YOU SHOULD TOO! Please just don't read the pictures! Hehe...

Nice well kept pond with good odds of catching a fish. Plenty of birds to watch if thatβs what youβre into. Iβm just mad because one of those birds (Very large pelican to be exact) flew into my fishing line and then proceeded to take off with my $90 pole and $170 reel.. Which Iβm sure currently lays at the bottom of Meadow Creek Pond... So even though it was a nice enough place, it was a horrible experience for me. π€

I think it's closed for winter
Yes.
They unlock the gates at 6am and I believe they lock at 10... But they may lock them earlier in the winter. Could be 9, not sure. They are unlocked every day, all day.
You can't make a reservation but it's rarally occupied.
Trout, small mouth bass, carp, channel catfish, whiper
