I won't go to the store in Riverdale anymore because they have bad service. I went out of my way to come to this location. My own fault for not checking before I left but when I got home my pizzas are burnt. Dominos need to step up there game. Not impressed at all. I would take it back and complain if it were not so far away.

Tried to order online. First it said that online ordering wasn't available. Then it said an error occurred and to call the store directly. Called the store. Was on hold the whole 15min it took me to drive there. Walked up to the counter. The guy at the register looked up, made eye contact and walked away without a word. Stood there for a couple minutes. No one made eye contact. They looked...I mean. I've worked in food service. I know what fast-paced is. This was not it. I'm not saying they weren't busy, but wow. You're going to ignore a customer standing in front of you while you mosey around in the back? Just "be with you in a minute" would have been enough. But no. Straight-up ignored me.

At 7:09pm I had ordered a large pizza and bread sticks for delivery. Their site said my order was received, made, and was receiving a quality check. This took over an hour to even get to that point. Last step would have been delivery based off their website. Then Dominos called me at 8:19pm to cancel my order and stated they could no longer fulfill it and gave me no other options. Dominos has gone down in service drastically. I do not recommend. Go to Howies in Clinton UT instead.

The absolute WORST Domino's location that I've ever been to. I am a huge fan of Domino's in general and they are my favorite pizza place...but this location alone has made me NEVER want to eat pizza again from ANYONE. They have ruined my orders on more than one occasion in the past, and when I say "ruined" I do mean completely demolished. Wrong pizza sizes, entirely wrong pizzas to begin with, missing items, and terrible food quality. I've given the location multiple chances to redeem themselves because I truly want them to be good, but they won't bother even trying. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was double charged on a large order and was never refunded, delivery driver took 45 minutes on our last order when we only live 5 minutes away, and the nail in the coffin was when we tried to order tonight. Online ordering has never been available at this location in the 2 years I've been living here, but they didn't bother answering the phone tonight and left us waiting for over 15 minutes when I FINALLY gave up and hung up the phone. I'm done. I'm done with this location, I'm done with this company. I hope that anyone who has contributed to my MULTIPLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES here will suffer as much as humanly possible. Can't even keep their freaking sign on the front of their building lit up. Damn place shouldn't still be in business.
