Today is the first disappointment I've had with using Gibby Floral. I requested a presentation arrangement for a 5 year old girl with Christmas picks (thinking plastic candy cane, stocking, Santa, etc), red & pink carnations and no bigger than 12 to 15 inches long. The first arrangement had no Christmas to it at all, orange roses, my husband had picked it up and paid for it. Upon my returning the first, the 2nd was some what better, but still not for a child. I requested a refund, but the florist didn't know how to do that. The flowers had no stems as in a presentation, but cut blunt (no angle) and in a wet foam block. No picks available, but offered a glass Santa ornament that is top heavy. The bow was Easter colors, cause the florist thought it'd be more festive (pink, blue, green and silver circles). Bottom line, I took the flowers and redid it at home making the best of it. The flowers are beautiful, but with the blunt cut they will not last, and way too much for a 5 year old. Very disappointed!

I purchased a Corsage and Boutonniere for my sons first homecoming dance, I asked for them to please make the boutonnière magnetic because he’s wearing a silk shirt. When my husband brought it home it was not what I ordered and when I called she said they close at 3:00PM If I was not places on hold 10 min I might had been able to make it before closing. The older lady who answered the phone didn’t have any empathy for their mistake. Definitely never going back again.

I had a very specific and challenging request with short notice and they delivered. I wanted large tropical arrangements for my brother’s service. Gibby’s had to special order the tropical flowers from multiple suppliers that were out of state. The arrangements turned out so absolutely beautiful, they pretty much took my breath away.

Excellent locally owned florist and greenhouse! We are new to Ogden and discovered Gibby today. They arranged a bouquet for me while I waited and we plan to come back in a few months for plants for our yard. They have plenty of cactus varieties, succulents, house plants, and floral arrangements. Great service and high quality.
