Went through the drive thru tonight and ordered dinner. Got home and we didn't get any mashed potatoes and gravy. We ordered extra crispy and didn't receive that either. Can't call and complain because they have the phone off the hook. Now I've got to waste 15$ in gas to go complain in person. I wouldn't recommend this KFC to anyone.

me and my family were ordering from there. So we ordered 1 bucket of extra crispy chicken, and one box of chicken strips (extra crispy). So when we got the food we came home. So when we came home my family started eating and we found some spots where there wasn’t skin on the chicken. When we ordered we spent over 12 dollars so we were supposed to get a free chicken sandwich and they told us that to. So when we looked in the bag we didn’t find it. The chicken overall was dry and I hate it there. 😡😡😡

I have given KFC chances but after today. Never again. The chicken was soggy and barely breaded. they didn’t get the drink correct, I am completely done with KFC all together. Especially this location. Why bother when we have other options nearby? Hell, harmons fried chicken is leagues above this garbage, cheaper, and right down the road! If you really must orser KFC, skip this location, and just don’t bother with KFC again.

Everything was overcooked. They didn't give us any sauce. Gave me popcorn chicken in a cheese curds box so it was a total rip off and not the usual container that has double the amount at every location I've been to. The lady at the window was RUDE. Would not even look at us and shoved our nasty food out the window and slammed the door. We had asked for KFC sauce in our order and didn't get any, so we waved at her and she just shoved some in my boyfriend's hand while turned away from him and slammed the window. No butter or honey for the biscuit (which also didn't have a container). AWFUL. This place is disgusting.
