Great place for a good cup of coffee. Live music occasionally, and one of the only places that I can find siphon pots in use.

I keep coming back, despite customer service that is lukewarm at best, sometimes downright cold. The coffee is good, overall feel is pretty good, despite having a shared restroom. Location is the best part of this coffee shop, it's perfect (for me) and the open mic events are a lot of fun.

Great atmosphere, wonderful coffee, food, and drinks. More importantly, wonderful and eccentric staff! Open Mic is on Tuesdays. Had my book signing there and Jacob and his team were wonderful! Join in on the community and swing in for a cup or two.

YUMMY coffee! Tacoma has some incredible coffee, and for a bit more trendy, upscale coffee sippage, Metronome is the way to go. Lots of good options for tailoring your drink of choice to suit any dietary limitations, rotating specialty roasts throughout the year, and confident knowledge of brewing methods. Metronome is equal parts industrial, modern, and vintage, while also being accessible enough to attract all ages and social types. The only drawback is what the tall ceiling and chic flooring does to any sound; *ECHOEchoecho... * Quiet it is not, but otherwise solid choice!
