Messiest bathroom that I have seen at a McDonald’s in a long time. The restaurant itself wasn't bad. The service was okay, but the bathroom was a disaster. I detest overflowing trashcans anywhere. If you are a business with overflowing trashcans, where are subsequent customers supposed to put their trash? It doesn't take a lot of effort to empty a trashcan. When you see workers leisurely sitting around. . . I know it is hard to get good workers nowadays for many jobs; but really folks, if you are going to take any job, have some pride in it. And for the owner, the trashcan is too small anyway.

Friday afternoon and appalling service, nobody behind counter, order kiosk not taking credit cards, and manager with a scarlet red beehive was directing her crew to focus on drive through while consciously ignoring customers in lobby (she would occasionally glance at us from the prep line). Several of us waiting for minutes simply gave-up and walked out. Multiple lost sales.

This seems to be a lawless McDonald’s run by young teens at night. Circa 953pm tonight. Very dirty counter and food area- water jug and a mess on the floor behind the ordering station. Wish we took a photo, but didn’t see that option until now. They need supervision here- UNACCEPTABLE. Just arrived here with my husband. Seemed a late night shift of young teens were running the place (953pm right now), one employee was sitting down with her friends eating and has a headset in (maybe or maybe not on break), several random teens in no uniform had references made to them such as ‘you used to work here’ entering behind the employee work station. We were completely ignored while this all took place- No one came to take our order receipt which said to pay the the cashiers’ station since the kiosk was not accepting payments. Stood there for at least a good 5 minutes waiting and looking around- several employees made eye contact but no one came to us. I finally said ‘excuse me’ to one of the employees at drive-thru and he was a nice young man who took our payment and got us our vanilla cones.

This may seem simple, but that was the best Big Mac I've had in at least a decade. The fries were perfect. I have never said anything this positive about McDonald's. Drive thru was quick.
