I came in yesterday for lunch and was greeted immediately. A very tall kid with curly brown hair took my order and noticed I was wearing a mask so he immediately put his on correctly, and made sure every amount of toppings he put on was alright with me. Not only was he fast when making my subs but he was neat. When I got home to eat my sub it was organized and delicious.

Walked in and I was immediately glared at before the employees went to the back, I never felt so unwelcomed at an establishment. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes with no employees to be seen. When I finally was helped I asked for a veggie sub because I'm vegetarian, but to my horror I opened up my sub to reveal a soggy, limp, greasy, undercooked, piece of bacon. This young man named Ace was an amazing employee though he needs a raise. He helped me when I slipped by the soda machine

Ordered ham American cheese and extra tomatoes on Italian bread and got an Italian sub with everything on it. Ordered meatball sub that looked like a murder scene, it was the biggest slipped up messed up sub I've ever seen! My husband says we'll never eat here again unfortunately.

This is the most horrendous, I'll managed location with I am assuming 10 year olds working there. We ordered 3 subs and 2 salads from the app. When we got home every single one was wrong. How do you manage to mess up so horribly? My dressing was on a sub and I'm not sure what I'm eating, I just know it's not what I wanted. May god have mercy on your souls.

My guess under OSHA Laws that you would have to be 18 years old as you would use food processing equipment like meat slicers and ovens.
