If I could give this place a negative star I would. The food has always been good and the manager has always been super nice. The problem is with certain staff. You better know what you want when you go in there because Alonna gets frustrated if u ask questions and gets annoyed probably because she had to get back to her drive thru. The second time we were in there this same girl Alonna forgets a hash brown and I said about it and instead of getting it she stands there and wants a confrontation about it. I know what we ordered and she then stands there and makes a scene in front of her manager. She then rips the tray out from my hand slams it over puts a hash brown on it and slams it down on the counter. Had I not been with 2 other people she would’ve been giving me my money back. She clearly needs to go to some customer service classes or some kind of anger management class. I did have a discussion with her manager before I left and a phone call to the office will be next. I understand there is no help at places but there is no excuse for rudeness like this.

If using their app make sure they only charge you what the app says you should pay. They tried to charge me 12 dollars for an item that the app showed 5 dollars

Good food, the line gets a little long in drive thru but it is a fast food place so it's to be expected.

it took over 15 minutes to get the food, when it came out the fries were cold and they put cheese on my sandwich that doesn’t come with cheese and it made it taste bad. 0/10
