Pay system shut down. Asked for a hot sandwich and that seemed to throw them off their game since most orders are for drinks and donuts.

Employee's are awful! Poor customer service. And slow!! Once again screwed up my order! Drink was supposed to be a medium vanilla iced coffee with a shot of pumpkin spice. Shot of caramel and 4 cream and sugar. Not even close. Bacon was ice cold and slimy. Get it together!!!!

The power was out the day I stopped at this location. A few cars were waiting in the drive thru including me. After about 3 to 4 minutes an employee came out to let us all know about the power. Everything in the building was rebooting so it was taking a little bit extra time. The employees were patient and handled the situation great. We got our hot coffee and a smile (even tho they were all scrambling to help everyone) We will be sure to always stop here when we are in town again
