The food was just delicious, burgers and a brisket sandwich done right! The place doesn't look like much from the outside, and the inside is pretty basic. The food is great, though!

I went into the Red Horse Tavern not knowing what to expect, and it exceeded any expectation I thought I might have had. The service was wonderful, making me feel comfortable and welcomed as if I had been there hundreds of times before. The food itself- exceptional. I had the best reuben sandwich I have ever had to date. Last and certainly not least, the atmosphere tied the whole experience together. It saddens me that this place is closing, but I am extremely happy I got to experience it before it did. The Red Horse Tavern has created a standard of dining I won't soon forget, and more importantly, a memory that I will never forget. Cheers! 🍻

We had an unplanned stop here and glad we stumbled on it. Food was fantastic. We had the Louisiana Shrimp app (we would go back JUST for this!) and split a Brisket Sandwich. Staff was also excellent and provided great service in the bar area.

In-house smoked meats, barbecue sauce and hand-cut fries served with a fine selection of beers makes for a great dining experience! Friendly waitstaff and decent prices just add to the overall quality. The brisket sandwich was ultra-tender and the horseradish sauce was creamy and delicious!
