Unfortunately, the last 3 times we have been there in the past 2 months have been very disappointing. Food has been way overcooked to the point of inedible. Seems like everything is now deep fried and we paid too much money for food that left us not wanting to chew through it. Maybe they only do breakfast well? Sadly we won't be returning.

Great place for a good breakfast to start the day off right. If you want to try scrapple, this is your place! They also have pudding and hominy on toast if you're adventurous. I had eggs over light and omlettes for the week I was in town and everything came out great. Next time I'm in New Oxford, I'm eating at Rosie's.

Never really had a bad experience with this place until tonight. I was sitting down trying to eat while two girls in the booth behind me are making my experience very unwelcoming. They were laughing and giggling and be rude and making the booth bounce and no one said anything to them about it they just left them do it. Usually it is a good experience but tonight it was not welcoming. The food is always good and the waitress are always nice but that was uncalled for.
