Pay attention to your receipt and double check all their work. Tire siping is something they'll throw onto your bill without saying anything even after you say no to it. At ~$67 that isn't cheap and it's ridiculous they do that. They should never assume you want siping or just add it to a bill, especially after a customer says no. Tire siping reduces tread life which means selling more tires. I did call them back and Dustin said he would refund the siping charge, no questions. This makes me feel like they do it pretty often hoping folks don't notice. Boom, extra $67 per customer plus they get to quickly refund it when people notice. Great customer service? I've also had other issues with technicians at this location saying one thing and then management not honoring what their tech said, so overall I've not had a good experience with this location in particular. It's hard to trust anything they say. The likelihood of me returning to this Les Schwab is very slim. When a company's slogan is "doing the right thing" I shouldn't feel the need to double check everything they do.

My husband went there today to get tires for our truck. He dealt with a salesman named Steve. My husband gave his information to get financed for new tires. He was approved, but after that Steve's whole attitude changed. My husband wondered if he had done something to make him be upset. He wouldn't look at him while he talked and was totally disinterested in the transaction. Finally, my husband had enough and said he would go to another Les Schwab. Steve said they are all the same and the same price, very rudely. Then my husband responded yeah but there's different sales people! And walked out. We have come to this branch ever since we moved here, but we will go somewhere else from now on! Thanks Steve! You're awesome!

Saved $$ Did not need a new tire for a nail in tire just got it patched and at no cost. Costco Tire almost ripped me off and recommended 2 tires when just needed a tire patched. Great service at this location Les Schwab.

Just watched an employee race this Subaru and stop real fast into a spot in back of the shop. I WILL NOT ever take my car here since they allow that kind of driving by employees in a customers car. If you are the blue Subie owner in my pic this is about you! I noticed the driving first wondering who is driving so unsafely in a parking lot. Not trying to pick on a good shop in case they are generally.
