Slow service and poor communication. In the past I have had good experiences with Discount Tire. I went to the Hillsboro Oregon, Minter Bridge RD Location to get tires put on my Jeep. I arrived at 11:30 am and was told it would take an hour to have the tires installed. After several hours I called to get an ETA, I was put on hold for 20 min with no one answering. I went back to the shop and waited for 15 minutes to talk to someone. I finally picked up my Jeep at 4:10pm WITHOUT the new tires. I would not recommend the Hillsboro OR Minter Bridge RD location of Discount Tires.

They have decent pricing and good service but they loose a valvestem cap EVERY TIME I GO IN! I don't have plastic caps, I have metal ones that I have to buy extra of... is it that hard to put the SAME ones back on?!?

I have always been pleased with my experiences with Discount Tire, since I began doing business with them many years ago at their 185th location under their old name. Today they exceeded my expectations. Yesterday I had a nail in my tire and went by to have them fix it which, of course, they did. However, today I still was showing low pressure and I had to return to see what needed to be done. I was surprised when they told me that while they were not positive, it was possible they may have caused some damage doing the repair. Without discussing with me they replaced the tire for no charge. I am so appreciative of their high level of customer service which I guess should not be so surprising given my previous experiences with Discount Tire. You will not be disappointed working with them.

Free wheel stud removal! I’m a long time customer of Discount Tire and had to unfortunately go to a this location rather than my normal one. Do yourself a favor and use the 18643 NE Eider Ct Hillsboro location… they’re top notch. I was presented with what you see below and the customer service was “You’ll be fine with 4, this happens all the time, good luck.” Thanks bud. No discount/refund, no apology, no attempt to retain a customer.

Have fixed several flats for me on tires i did not even buy there and they did it for free. I will never buy tires from anywhere else but there.
An hour or less if you have an appointment otherwise it will depend on how busy they are.
They did when I went. It’s why I went there.
Last time I was there which was about a month ago. There was no box or a slip through to drop them through the door. I hope you get more answers to this question than the 2 of us.
Lol...why yes "I" do, but only if youre cute. Otherwise its payment in full up front. And youbshould know that "I" not associated with Discount tire.
