I would give them 0 stars if I could! They are so confused! If you order an original it's smaller and skinnier than a skinny, and more expensive?! It's like ordering a large soda and getting a small that cost more than a medium! Employees are extremely rude! I will never order from them again! They should fire the whole crew!

The food is good but unfortunately the manager feels she is entitled to tips so I won't be back. It is not customary to tip for carry out service, and coming over to look at the screen as I pay to see if I tipped is a good way to lose business. Humble yourself.

I don’t understand the point of planning and ordering ahead of your not going to prioritize those orders. I placed my order ahead of time, showed up at the “estimated ready time” and it wasn’t ready. That’s fine. That happens. When I noticed my pick up order wasn’t ready I thought, maybe I should go through the line I’m holding my newborn and he’s nearing his nap time and I placed the order ahead for convenience as I was low on time. And I didn’t. I regret that. Not only did I have plenty of time waiting to notice their sign “our promise” sign that says 8 minutes through the line max. I had already been waiting IN the store, AFTER placing my order ahead of time, for much LONGER than 8 minutes. Not just one, but MULTIPLE people who walked in and entered the line were helped before my order was provided. Again, I ask, what’s the point of ordering ahead of time? Extremely disappointed with this experience.

Pretty good first experience! The staff were spectacular, the prices were about average for the quality but the food was a bit underwhelming. I got the Italian and I was hoping for better than subway, but no luck. The other sandwich, the meatball, was, however better than subway. Also the chairs were not as comfortable, but that's minor
