Call First!! The guy who helped me came off as extremely rude. Told me the part I had called about was $100 more than what I was quoted. When I told him I was told it was $100 less. He says, oh looks like someone told you the special price. They gave me the price I got on the phone. This guy was literally rolling his eyes when I asked questions. That said they do have tons of supplies in stock. I drove 1.5 hours because they where the only place with my part in stock. The parking lot is definitely not trailer friendly.

Very rude customer service. Would never recommend to anyone and I would not go back even if I need parts from them. Zero tolerance for bad customer service. As someone else mentioned I was the only one thier and had 4 employees sitting behind the counter, until they finished thier chit Chad then that's when someone decided to help me.

1 of my drivers had an issue with a trailer. I called Al from 4 hours away and he was able to help me with the parts I needed. Got to the store and he was more than helpful to get me all the parts and give recommendations on to what caused the failure. Great guy, very helpful and knows what he is talking about. Thanks Al.
