Very beautiful view point. Its not commercial area but the drive/ride through the beautiful to get the view point is beautifu. You can even buy fresh vegetables, spread, jam along the way from the locals.

The park has a small parking lot with one handicapped space and porta potties. A paved path leads to the scenic overlook and picnic area. Views are stunning and the park is beautifully maintained (kudos to the grounds crew!).

Yes, there is a parking lot at the park and a short walk to the overlook

Yes I believe if you look at the board, you will find the map layout of the grounds. On that map you should be able to see a trail that will lead you down to the rivers water edge.
