Mgr J Daniel's took care of my order better thank the other Mgr did!! Will only come when Ms J and here crew are there!!! Don't know why thing are so different after 5pm!!! Nothing is ever available and it takes way too long to get what you order!!!

These guys absolutely earned 5 stars. I ordered a box of spicy chicken and biscuits. They said they were about to close, and didn’t have spicy. Then I was asked to wait. The person came back and said the cook had agreed to do the order fresh for me, but I would need to wait 15 minutes. The biscuits were fresh from the oven and the chicken exactly right. This is what will have your customer thinking, “That’s a little out of my way but I’m going back there.”

I got home after i ordered my family food and my child literally chip a whole tooth cause he’s chicken tender was so hard. I had call to let them know what happened and tell them how hard the chicken was, i even banged the chicken against the table while she was on the phone and the manger said that she checks the chicken every half an hour while she on duty, and claims she’s been there all day. She ended the call by saying “wells there nothing i can do”. Well you wont have to worry about Me and my family complaining again cause we are never spending our money there again. - I really gave them no stars put i had to put at least one to post this

I’m honestly surprised they’re still in business.🤦🏽‍♀️ The place is a hot mess. Don’t bother coming here after a long work day . You can tell they don’t deep clean daily, the drive thru sign is busted with no light bulb and leaning to the side. The lines are always long due to them not have something EVERY TIME ! A few times they didn’t have change so they were only accepting cards (which you don’t know until you wait in the long line and they tell you over the speaker once you’re ready to order) , on several occasions the mic/speaker wasn’t working so they put up a sign that reads “out of order” , I always have to make sure my sauce is in the bag for my tenders because a few times it wasn’t , the food isn’t always fresh or hot and the workers lack professionalism. I’d rather travel to get Popeyes whenever I’m really in the mood because this ain’t it .
