The food is amazing. True Kansas City BBQ. Service was fast, the employees are pleasant and accommodating when you search them out. The only issue that I had was having to interrupt personal conversation to get assistance, and I would prefer to order from my table, rather than at the counter.

Last time we went to Zarda in Blue Springs was ten years ago, 08/2011. It was awesone. Service was awesone, food was awesome and it was affordable. Fast foreward to May 2022. Awful! Just awful! Smaller portions on meats, ribs weren't meaty & tender, indifferent counter order takers (no servers/service) cost 4 of us over $100 for 2 sm.rib plates and 2 sandwiches w/2 sides each. That is $50 more than we paid in 2011. We all agreed we won't be returning. We've now decided eating out, fast food is just too darn expensive, especially since good service no longer seems to be the norm. If their going to charge a lot more, then give good food & service. Make it worth paying higher prices.

Very good. I'm from Wisconsin and we don't have places like this here. I had burnt ends and corn puff (not sure thst is what they were called) both very good. A bit pricey but good.
