Very friendly people, supportive, and a great workout. I joined the gym because I wanted to improve my cardio but running was making me go back and forth between ankle pain and knee pain. With this workout, my joints stay happy and when I do run my times are better than ever. I’ve lost 20 lbs since starting at this gym me I’ve never felt better. The trainers and atmosphere are so positive that I’ve been more consistent going to this gym than any other before.

Great experience! Wife and I needed something different from a normal gym experience and after doing the normal P90X and such at home and having trouble getting motivated found 9Round and tried it out. 30 minute workouts, great trainers that are always present and helpful and fantastic atmosphere and music to really get you pumped all combine to really give us something to look forward to instead of dreading. And that after workout feeling can't be beat!
