My local Domino's is the best! The food is ALWAYS hot, savory, & yummy! However, I think the parent company should STOP charging the $4.99 fee as I'm a senior citizen with no car & it makes it very expensive which means I don't order as often!

Normally we don't have any issues with them but today I ordered a thin crust pizza to be cut pie cut. I checked it multiple times before submitting because I myself have thought I specified pie cut only to realize I didn't. I even had my husband look at it before I submitted it and he confirmed it said pie cut. When we received the order it was cut in squares. This is not the actual problem the problem comes when I called them and asked for it to remade I was put on hold then told that they couldn't remake it but they could give me a credit. They have remade stuff for me in the past when it wasn't right so I don't know why this time is any different.

Haven't had a bad experience yet. I only order 2 items : Philly Cheesesteak pizza, and the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. The service has always been on time and professional.

Good evening Dominos on Rice Rd from your next door neighbor and ex-loyal patron of your business. We ordered two pizzas last evening, both burnt and devoid of seasoning or oil on the crust. If I wanted burnt dry crust I would go to Pizza Shoppe. While we have been consistent and continual customers of this Domino's, our experiences have not been consistent. We have a good experience about half the time, the other half of the time the pizzas are burnt. When I asked for them to replace our pizzas (that we ordered at night, because when else do you eat pizza?) from last night, I was told they would replace it. When I arrived at the store a manager was waiting for me to tell me that they would not replace our pizzas because it was a new business day. Interestingly the dominos box says that if I am not satisfied they will make it right. Well here I am Dominos, I am waiting for you to make it right.
