Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay. We got a call from the front desk to make sure we were still coming as their store was closing in couple of hours. Very friendly and very clean place. We really enjoyed having a porch swing at our cabin!

As a retired geologist our children are finally old enough to understand why we bring them here. We greatly appreciate the experience we enjoy every time we visit this KOA. I'm not the type of person that ordinarily leaves reviews, But I was so moved by the new general manager and especially the upgraded hospitality and the quality of the food at the on-site cafe here just a few days ago,(last year was yuck) I told my 2 sons to take a look at these guys, I hope you two keep the chemistry like those two. They now have a pair of brothers working in the little cafe at the campground, (didn't see them last year) that creates 5 star flavor, breakfast and dinner. You can tell they enjoy what they're doing and put love into what they're creating. Excellent clean food! The cashier greeted us with the biggest of smiles, was exceptional and was ready for us at 7am on the dot! Food was hot and fresh! Great Coffee! What a treat it was to not have to cook the 3 nights we were there. Instead got to spend all of our days exploring the badlands and I got to focus on my boys. The new lady managing the place is first class! Made us feel very welcome. My only critique is that I would like them to consider breakfast burritos on the menu, so we can "grab and go", and that the cafe was open a little later on Fridays and Saturdays. We had to hurry back before they closed on Friday and that was a little stressful. See you next year! -Ed

We usually stay at KOA’s for the dog parks and really just for the peace of mind of knowing what to expect when we arrive as far as rules and being family and dog friendly. Of all the KOA’s we have been to I think this was the most well run campground with the most friendly and amazing staff. Sometimes yellow shirt folks can get focused on a strict rule enforcement, letter of the law type mission that makes them come across as grumpy and unwelcoming of guests. That was not the case here at all. We appreciate rule enforcement (especially quiet hours because we need our sleep!) - but that wasn’t the primary mission of the campground which was really refreshing. The staff was so friendly here and seemed to genuinely just be there to serve and make sure everyone is having a great experience. We had such a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

Lots of mosquitos right now. We were just there last Friday-Monday.
There is a dump station. I'd you stay on the park, there is no fee. If you only go to dump, the is a fee.
I don't recall but remember it was reasonable. I would call as it is a small park and may be already booked full for June.
There are no monthly discounts.
Memorial day weekend is usually when all pools open up nation wide so I would say there is a strong possibility.
Yes, you are allowed to use the cabins for just one or two people. No, they dont have a mini cabin for fewer people.
