We are visiting The Badlands & came up on this spot. Hesitated at first to go inside but it was the best choice! Such nice people! Dean served us & gave us great recommendations for things to do!! If we take this same route on the way home or ever come back this way, we will definitely visit!!! Thanks y’all!

This place had a friendly bartender and locals were there drinking when we showed up. No nonsense bar and a simple menu of good food cooked right. I had a cheeseburger and beer and honestly it was the best burger I had in south Dakota. One horse town with a tiny bar with a tiny menu but better than anything I saw in Custer or Rapid city.

Great buffalo burgers and pizza after a morning of hiking in the badlands. Highly recommend a stop when in the area. Based on the amount of beer brought in while we ate, this place must get a lot of business.
