Crew for installation of photovoltaic panels on our home was very professional and courteous! They arrived on time, worked really hard, were careful about the roof surface, and cleaned up completely as they left. They also walked me through everything that they were doing and how the system would work. This was a great experience!

Blue Raven's install crew (crew #4) was here on time and performed the installation of our solar panels as promised. In fact, we were told it would take a day and a half and it only took one day. The team was efficient, hard-working, knowledgeable, professional, and communicative. The panels look great on the roof - a tight, professional job. At the end of the day, the only evidence of them being here was the panels on the roof. They totally cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend the install crew and we are very happy with Blue Ridge Solar.

I went with blue raven because of the good reviews and the recommendation of a friend. I absolutely believe in solar energy and want to support any company that is installing it. My wish is to see the word go solar. That said, my experience with Blue Raven specifically was mixed. I have no desire to damage the company, but I would like to share feedback that will hopefully allow them to improve going forward. The salesman I worked with was friendly and very helpful but I was disappointed that there was no company policy regarding wearing masks when entering the homes of customers, especially those over 70. I would think this point would be more important during a pandemic. It seemed to me like there was very little in-house communication within the company. I had a hard time communicating with Blue Raven and received duplicate requests to sign the same form, even after signing more than once. My installation timeline was significantly delayed. Despite an initial assurance that the installation would be complete by the end of 2021, my installation was delayed and pushed back multiple times, and ultimately was not completed until two months after the initially quoted date. While I understand that delays can be unavoidable, this was a much longer delay than I was given to expect. The installation crew was efficient, personable, and very easy to work with. However, they left some metal rods out overnight that I tripped and fell very painfully over. Aside from that point I would give them high marks, but I would like them to be more careful in the future, especially on the property of an elderly woman. I am giving the overall company a 3 star review due to these concerns. The installation crew (aside from poorly placed equipment) would get 4.5 stars.

Our experience was a very positive one. We appreciated from the start our salesperson, Micah, for her knowledge of the product and ability to answer our questions thoroughly. The crew (Oregon Team Three) were very professional and quick. They did a great job keeping us informed of the process and checking in with us when needed. It was a fast and painless installation for us. They were working hard! At the end of the day they went over the control panels and what the next step was. We are expecting the follow up inspections soon and anticipate we will be experiencing the benefits of solar before the end of the year!
