great stay, the AM ladies with the breakfast buffet went WAY above the normal Holiday Inn Express standard. Bacon cooked crispy but not burnt, eggs were good, pork sausage done correctly, everything was a touch better than the standard. Friendly staff and desk staff.

5 year old building and got cracks already. Super tiny suits, but it was ok. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were organic, nicely done! The breakfast was perfect! The service was great. Thank you for being there. We had a good and rested night before our next destination. With pleasure, I would stay again if I had to.

If there was a 10 star option, I would definitely be putting it here! No doubt better than any hotel, this goes beyond most Disney World hotels! The night staff was very helpful and friendly, very clean inside overall in the main lobby, hallways, and everything in the room. They had a very good selection at breakfast and the morning staff was very friendly and helpful with all the guests, but especially a lady named Tina. Tina was on top of everything, very nice and sweet to everyone, please give her a raise or something as a reward she fully deserves it.

Beautiful, clean and new looking. The room is lovely, the bed is a little more firm than i like and the fridge wasn't very cold but otherwise everything was great. Friendly staff, yummy breakfast, beautiful room, convenient location. I will stay here again the next time i pass through.

Yes
The holiday inn is nice. However. The only place in west plains that takes pets is the super 8. We stayed a month ago. It's older but renovated and the staff were very nice and would always pet our dogs when we walked them.
No.
Concrete as is typical with these newer HI Express facilities. As quiet as you will get in structures such as this. Agree with Shayne, always go top floor away from elevator to avoid noise overhead and from elevator traffic.
