We had a ride ordered, but canceled, because the driver wanted us to bring my Mom up to the street in a wheelchair. are you crazy! It would of been impossible! It is is so slick, we all would have got hurt. I’m sorry but you need to find drivers with some good experience

I work for an agency that deals mainly with clients with developmental disabilities. So we heavily rely on trimet lift for appointments and outings. Now, I have in the past some pretty bad drivers, they were impatient, short with my clients and some just down right rude. But today I had the opportunity to ride with a very nice gentleman, Shane. He was so sweet to not only me, but my client. I appreciated his outgoing positive attitude and happy disposition. He made my client laugh and smile more then any other driver. He was so very nice and definitely left a good impression!
