I am so amazed by the service that I received from this Dairy Queen. I was looking for an ice cream cake for my mom's birthday and it just so happen they had a variety in the freezer. Although very understaffed, the manager in the kitchen cooking, they assisted me quickly and made my day. The young lady was able to write on my cake and did an AMAZING JOB!!! I left there with the biggest smile on my face and I was able to surprise my mom and my family really liked the cake. Thank you so much for your hard work, the ability to get me in and out, and doing such a great job! I recommend this Dairy Queen to everyone. Hope other people can receive the same service. The service and cake was much better than Southaven and Olive Branch, MS Dairy Queens.

Their shakes are real fruit, not flavored with juice or something artificial so I pass many fast food/shakes & drive further to go there.

Food was terribly thrown together. My burger was a hot mess. Chicken bites uncooked in middle. Booth’s falling apart, boxes stored in main dining room, flies everywhere. Terrible store. Should be inspected.

We were visiting Branson for our family reunion and we planned on eating out and treating ourselves to nice dinners, but we tried to several times and were disappointed with wait and understaffed issues (which we get) through Covid and this election. We hit up Dairy Queen because it's a favorite of ours from home for fast food and I MUST SAY--- it was a treat to visit this location and see a packed parking lot and full line walking in to order, but the owner or manager and staff greeted us with eye contact, shuffled through orders with amazing customer service, and served hot and fresh food. The staff was trained well, they all had a sense of urgency to show that they cared about every customer's experience there. Heck, we loved our first experience, we even went back for dinner the next night! The man taking orders at register (I would imagine is manager or franchise owner) you were our highlight of food and service! I highly recommend their flame throwburger, chicken strips, gravy, onion rings, queso cheese dip to dip everything in. My kids loved that this man served them both an icecream cone with a smile when we only ordered one! Top notch service and experience. Thank you so much showing some people care about their reputation, people skills, and aim to please the customers! We will be back
