Walked in placed a to go order was given a number and told to have a seat 25 minutes later walked to the counter and the nice cook say are you waiting on something I said yes it was a to go order. She said that is in the to go box the same one as the door dash food goes in. I said so my food has been ready for over 20 freaking minutes. The lady cooking with the blonde hair you were great the cashier RUDE very RUDE I hope they can get someone in the new store with a better attitude

This Panera Bread is by far one of the very best that I have been to and I've been to a lot. The bagels are always toasted to perfection, coffee is always hot and available, frozen chocolate latte is made with caring hands, I could go on and on. I could not be any happier while eating at this location. The staff which includes the most amazing hostess named Melissa is always very friendly and remembers our name. My coffee mug is always warmed for me and I'm greeted with a smile. Keep up the great work you all are doing at the Branson Panera Bread!

The steak sandwich tasted good but there was very little meat in it. Got a big salad that was supposed to come with baguette but didn't. I had to track down our server to get it. I'd still go there again.

I've only done pick up orders since covid here. It doesn't look like they distance anyone. It is probably up to the individuals to do so.
