Sat at drive through for 10 minutes with no one infront of me had time to look up number call then some kid answers said how can I help you then I said did you forget about me I'm at the drive through with no one in front of me then he says ow wats up. So I just left they must be to busy to work.

We place an order for two French dips one giant roast beef sandwich and large fries. This is the second time we have placed this same order. This is the second time we have paid for a giant roast beef sandwich and when we get home no giant sandwich. We don't live in town so to drive back for it is not cost effective. So Arby's wins and we loss and someone has to have left overs instead of the sandwich he paid for. So before leaving this place make sure you get what you pay for as they will not do the right thing to make customer HAppy! I was connected finally by management wanting more info. I believe I have layed out what happened, what was order and a guess at time and amount. I admit I got price paid wrong. We only paid 15.84. I have the receipt. Still does not change the fact that in both cases the giant roastbeef sandwich was missing. The last one was on my birthday. Which made my day.

The lady who took my order was very nice. I ordered the pecan chicken sandwich. Don't you cut it in half? The gentleman did not. That's the only thing I rated it down one from excellent.
