I've known "Tattoo Joe" for quite a few years now. The dude is legit. He does great artwork, and is definitely fair and comparable with his pricing. If he can't do something, he will tell you who you should go to. That's a good dude helping out other small businessmen. I almost forgot to me tion all the clothing donations s he has accepted and made sure the right people got the help they needed in the winter months. Give him a holler!

I was just in on Saturday. I think he bases the price on size, time, technique... not necessarily a minimum [I think] . I felt he was very reasonably priced. Hell of an artist. Incredible experience and very happy my tattoo.
