This company is terrible for teams if you like to run. The trucks are decent most of the conestoga trailers are junk they definitely are not maintained like they should be. There whole salary and bonus program is a gimmick. You will never make the bonus money and take your time off. They even appreciate their teams so much that they cut our pay during the weekly Facebook forum during drivers appreciation week. We were 3 days from our 6 months and they still charged us back for orientation, transportation and hotel. Safety also has a habit of going in and changing and certifying your logs when you are off. They even left us a voicemail that they did. They do have good benefits and our dispatcher was great. The majority of the people there are really good. The management is definitely shady and a lot of smoke and mirrors. I can’t speak for solos I only ran as a team! Overall there is a ton of better companies out there so make sure you do your do diligence with SPD.
