I've gotten two of my tats done from Billy and let me tell you I couldn't ask for anything better!! He made my visions come to lite and now they are on me forever and I love them. Price is low(er than I've seen other places). And I almost forgot to mention his wonderful wife that comes in sometimes! She just recently watched my art be done and I had a very enlightening conversation with her! Keep up the good work guys! I will be returning!

I haven't heard they do piercings but I am assuming if they do you have to be 16.
I personally know the owners and their business practices are exemplary...I also had several tattoos done there and their work is professional and very well done. As for how they answer their phone...everytime I've called they have identified not only the business but the name of who answered the phone....you must have called when they were incredibly busy as they are a tattoo shop , and it may have slipped the individual who answered the phones mind...as they were probably mid tattoo....might I make a suggestion...go down to 5he shop, check it out and get yourself a great tattoo.😃
