They denied a women with a ticket access because she was in a wheel chair, and told her to call management. Didn’t effect my group but was sad to see. They point out the most random things. If you already know anything about Portland this is not the tour for you. The rose garden was the best part of the tour!

Really disappointed, was so excited to go on a sitting tour of Portland. I booked it and didn’t receive an email with location for the start. I went to the website in the confirmation email and went to the listed address, it was in a less than desirable area that seemed abandoned by business. Not the best walk. So obviously that address was wrong. We tried calling several times but to no avail so we checked out email again and there had finally been an email sent and the new pickup location was now a 20 minute walk back to where we began. We started the trek to the new location and finally received a call back. They said the trolley had left and that they’d refund us. So 2 stars for at least refunding us but I do wish they would update their website or send all of the instructions in one singular email rather than mixed information so no one else makes this mistake! It was exhausting and disappointing that all it takes is the switch of an address.

We booked a tour of the Multnomah Falls and Bonneville Fish Hatcheries and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The driver was very knowledgeable and pointed out interesting things throughout the tour. The bus was on time as well. The tour was through a very scenic highway with great views as the driver filled us in on what was coming up. The Falls and Bonneville Fish Hatcheries we're magnificent. Great tour.
