The place time forgot the pool looked really nice. The bridge over the spring is new the park looked well maintained the campground was mostly empty. I would not recommend for larger campers but small 20 to 30 footers should be fine. Overall a really nice park!

Loved hiking here, wish there were better signs on the trails. Hiking the the bluff trail the signs are very confusing, there is a trail that has many twists and turns, thats not the bluff trail. Some of the trail signs simply are an arrow that says trail and points, no label of what trail it is, when there are two pointing in opposite directions how am I suppose to know which trail is which? Otherwise it was peaceful and beautiful.

The grounds are poorly kept and the bridge across the spring is rotting. We visited from out of town and we're planning to spend a day hiking, picnicking, and swimming. Unfortunately, the trails lacked clear marking, the grounds were overgrown, and the pool was unexpectedly closed because of potential rain (I only found this out after digging around on their Facebook page to see why they were closed. There was no posted info on the actual grounds.) The natural beauty is very apparent, but poorly cared for. We had to hold on to the rails for the bridge over the spring for fear of falling through unexpected rotting boards. With these issues and the lacking info on the state's website, we were disappointed in our visit and hope things can improve.

Yes, the campground has pit toilets. If you can handle those, it's a great place to relax and observe nature. We saw an owl hunting at dusk, three deer wandering in the morning, weird moths. There's a swimming pool open in the summer daytime hours and the bathrooms near there have running water. The rock formations are gorgeous and fun to walk/climb. I would definitely go again and spend more time exploring.

Yes, our family just had there 3 mo old all over the place. Somewhat of a pain in campsites.
Reservations are made through reserveamerica.com. i think camping in the trailer section was like $18
Yes open! No masks required.
Not dried up. Its perfect!
Call the office at (618) 949-3394. They can tell you what the cost is. Also look at the other reviews about the park. Good place to stay. Ezra E. Crider
None that I know of. They had a waterfall with a bridge in front of it. A swimming pool with a slide.
