Definitely needs to be updated. Decent for a one-night stay, though. A bit musty and old in some parts. Our sheer curtains were ripped up when we went to close them and there were old drinks left in our fridge, probably from the last guests. So, the fridge was probably not checked during cleaning. The bathroom was a bit old and falling apart. The bedspread was also a bit rough and worn-out. I will note, while we were there they actually had painters there painting rooms and possibly hallways on the first floor. While I'm glad for that, as soon as we entered the hotel, fumes were present and it was a little off-putting. But, improvements were being made. We were on the second floor so maybe they hadn't started painting there yet. The hotel itself was a bit dark and eerily quiet when we first checked in and we were hoping our family made the right decision to stay here passing through, booking last-minute. It was a bit awkward having only one elevator alllll the way down one end of the hotel building. The opposite side was much closer to the entrance, though only had stairs. Weird building design honestly. Again, for a one-night stay, it was fine for sleeping and a shower. It did fill up with more guests when we returned from dinner out, so we felt better about the stay and the company there. Breakfast was just OK, probably still under basic setup from covid cautions/protocols. One weird thing I did notice there; they had instant oatmeal packets on their counter, but no microwave present. That type of product needs a microwave to cook it.. so that was a bit of a miss.

Very disappointing. Walked in to book a room. Was told to book online for best price by Peter. Booked online while standing there. Some error happened and it booked for 2 weeks later. Peter refused to allow them to adjust the date, refused refund. Etc. Told to talk with the manager the next day. Some with shift supervisor who refused also. Said only boss can do so, but he's never there. On permanent vacation. Cannot get a call back, cannot get his info, cannot get refund. Very poor customer service practices.

The Quality inn was ok, you can tell that they are trying to make needed improvements. The beds were comfortable. The pool room floor is dangerously slippery when wet. They must have painted the pool bottom and left paint globs which created some sharp points on the bottom of the pool. Pool was extremely cold. Sunday morning breakfast consisted of a pancake maker and cereal, and some yogurt so there was alot left to be desired. The front desk staff was not overly friendly or welcoming.

Was a terrible stay they had guests with lots of children that they allowed run rampant through the hallways all night long there was no stop to it and then not even at 7 in the morning we here people and their kids legitimately screaming down the hallways there's also not enough space for your guests to eat breakfast downstairs considering that same group of people had all 10 of their children sitting at the tables and couches and everywhere else and your host was not accommodating or friendly. Paid 140 witch is more than holiday Inn express which was full and why we chose to stay here. Absolutely the worst experience I've had here and I'm not even gonna be able to get a refund. Also I have a 4 year old with me who knows better than to run through hallways in hotel rooms or jump around the floor on an upper level.
