Those people are thiefs... sold me a junk EMG machine... never worked even for one test... they took back and claimed that they fixed it but they sent back the same.. they refused to refund the money or credit me towards buying a different one... never buy from them..it is under associated specialists, Inc Manager Andy fields.. do not play innocent and pretend to be carrying.. we filled so many complaints spend hours on the phone..spoken to too many people.. you better close this fraud business..

I purchased a "Certified Refurbished" anesthesia machine that requires over $3500.00 worth of parts and labor just to make it functional. I'm not quite sure what certification they are claiming. I'm currently working through the warranty dept. and will update the review if needed.

I spoke with the CEO who sorted my problem out and was most helpful. To give him credit, he did address the issue regarding liposuction canisters and tubing compatibilities. I have dealt with MFI before and have never had an issue with their products. I recommended that they change their automated answering system so that there are less options and so that it is is easier to get through and to also improve the technical assistance. I assume that this was an exceptional issue which does not represent the normally high level of service that they provide.

Hello, Thank you very much for your question. Unfortunately the largest oxygen concentrator we have is 6 liters, the Inogen One G5 system. Our most popular concentrator is the Dynarex Oxygen Concentrator, Dynarex Oxygen Concentrator. But this concentrator only has a capacity of 5 liters. If you are interested in some of these systems, please contact your sales manager.
