Very rude and on the phone The little so and so female acted like it was my problem that her whole menu did not come up on the website like I eat there every day I’ll never order there ever. It is probably garbage anyway China One really want a joke

So i love the food from here. The customer service not so much. The girl that usually answers the phone to take your order or is at the front counter at the restaurant is such a smart mouth. My son wanted a can of soda, not like they’re priced or anything, i ask the girl how much they are and she says “$1 AS ALWAYS”, acting like i come in and buy soda often. This isn’t the first time she acts this way either when ordering over the phone or in person. Like she always has to say something smart. I’m a polite, paying customer. I don’t appreciate being talked to like this, apologies for the long post.

Although I like to support local small businesses…cannot recommend this one. Ordered small house special chop suey. Found 3 tiny shrimp, 2 tiny pieces of (hopefully) chicken & 6 tiny strips of pork. The rest was huge pieces of celery & unknown items. All held together by a thick gelatin like sauce. Gave the tiny pieces of meat to the dogs & dumped the rest in the trash. Will not go back. Any suggestions for good Chinese food is greatly appreciated.

The young girl that takes orders and runs the counter is very incompetent and rude. Every time we order there is always something wrong with our order and we always order the exact same thing. She then tells us we haven’t ordered even though we called our order in as JESSE not Jesica. Called and asked to speak with manager she said she is the manager so I asked for the owner and what do you know she is the owner. Give me a break your customer service skills suck just like your listening skills!
